Private cremation at Oxford Crematorium on 28th July. No flowers please, donations if desired to International Myeloma Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Care c/o A.L. Sole and Son. Bidson Close, Over Norton, Oxon, OX7 5PP. A Memorial Service in Wells, Somerset to be announced later.
